Blacksmith and armoury unit upgrades can now be automatically sheduled per village, phew now I need some sleep zzZz

It’s been working already since some time but I thought I’ll just post it. When an attack is incoming, the bot can send a sms which contains the time left and the village on which the attack is performed. The sms can be send worldwide, quite handy, but not free of course…
